Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you can return your item in accordance with the conditions below. We aim to make the return process as clear and simple as possible.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be submitted within the specified return period:
  

  For online purchases, you have 15 days from the shipping date of your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

Return Costs

• For returns from The Netherlands and Belgium, a return fee of €2.95 per return request applies. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

• For returns from other EU countries, the return fee is €4.95 per return request, also deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

1. Send an email to info@uzurii.com.

2. Please include the following information:

   • Your order number

   • The reason for return

3. After your request, you will receive an email with the return instructions.

4. Follow the instructions and drop off your parcel at the designated post office or drop-off point.

Refunds & Gift Cards

Items that were paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. Please note:

• For online purchases, you will receive a digital copy of the Gift Card with the updated balance along with your return confirmation email.
