ARTICLE 2: WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Delivery takes place as long as stock lasts. An approval period of 7 workdays applies to your purchases. During this period you have the right of withdrawal. This means that you have the possibility to return products that you have received. If you want to use your withdrawal right of undamaged and unused products, you can use the return form included in the delivery and return the products in the manner described in the return form. In that case, the purchase amount shall be refunded to you within 30 days.

If you received an incorrect order or a wrongly delivered dispatch, you can use the return form to return the product(s) to Uzurii BV. In that case, Uzurii BV shall pay the costs of the return shipment. You will find more information about returns under FAQ.

ARTICLE 3: ADDRESS

Uzurii BV is authorized to refuse an order or to attach exceptional conditions to the delivery. If Uzurii BV cannot determine your residential address, the order will not be accepted.

You should inform us about your correct address and e-mail address and inform us in time about any changes in these addresses.

ARTICLE 4: RETENTION OF TITLE

Title of the delivered product(s) shall pass to you after the amount owed is paid. At that time, the risk for the product(s) shall pass to you.

ARTICLE 5: PRICES AND COSTS

All orders are subject to approval and availability. All prices include 21% VAT according to the prevailing rates and are correct at the time of entering the data. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice until the parties shall agree about the content of the agreement.

Customers, who purchase product(s) from a country outside of the European Union, are liable to import duties or taxes. We recommend contacting your local Customs Authority in order to determine the final cost price of the desired product(s) before completing a purchase.

Uzurii sends its products free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.

ARTICLE 6: SPECIAL DRIVES

Uzurii BV regularly organises special drives via the Internet and/or via the printed media. A regulation that we apply to all such cases is that a person/address can only be used a single time in a drive and/or can use a drive. Consequently, Uzurii BV reserves the right to not honour certain discount codes and/or vouchers.

ARTICLE 7: PROPRIETY, SOFTWARE AND CONTENT

You are not permitted to use the website www.uzurii.com or its content or parts thereof for commercial purposes or for advertisement activities on your own website. Uzurii BV website is only to be used by you. It is not permitted to change, copy, distribute, transfer, show, perform, reproduce, publish, license, operate commercially, move and/or sell the content, software, products or services contained in this website or to use this for creating derived works.

Unauthorized copying or distributing
You agree that Uzurii BV and its license providers shall retain the property of all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual proprietary rights of the content, software, and all HTML and other coding in this website, which are protected by copyright and other legislations and international treaty stipulations. You are only allowed to use this material as explicitly permitted by Uzurii BV or its license providers. Reproducing the aforementioned material is legally prohibited and can result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

ARTICLE 8: COMPLETE AGREEMENT

The General Terms & Conditions above constitute the complete agreement between the parties and replace all preceding and current agreements between you and Uzurii BV.

You confirm that – with assenting to our policy – you did not rely on any declaration except the declaration(s) explicitly made by Uzurii BV, and you agree that you will not start legal remedy with respect to a serious misinterpretation of affairs, which is not a stipulation of Uzurii BV, except that your assent to this stipulation does not apply to any form of fraudulent actions, regardless whether this is a stipulation of Uzurii BV.

WAIVER STATEMENT

If you violate these conditions and we do not take legal action, we remain authorized to use our rights and legal remedies in other situations in which you violate these conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW

Uzurii BV is subject to and will be interpreted according to Dutch legislation, and you subject yourself irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction competence of the Netherlands.
